Cooper Webb Joins Team Tedder for 2027 Supercross Season
In a significant shift for the 2027 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, Cooper Webb has joined the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC-Team Tedder Husqvarna organization. This partnership marks a new chapter for the three-time 450SX Champion, who previously enjoyed a successful tenure with Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing, culminating in 10 race victories and the 2025 championship.
Roger De Coster, Motorsport Director of KTM and Husqvarna North America, expressed optimism about Webb’s future with Team Tedder: “With a strong team around him, Cooper will be able to fully concentrate on his racing and has the opportunity to reach another level.”
Webb will compete on a fully built Husqvarna FC 450 Factory Edition. Recent training sessions in North Carolina indicate he is adapting well to his new environment and the return to familiar training facilities. “It’s been great so far… We’re loving it in North Carolina. We’ve got a good program going,” Webb stated, highlighting his access to two supercross tracks and the tailored support from a robust crew, which includes his race mechanic Alex Campbell and practice mechanic Austin Kent.
The team’s setup benefits from the expertise of Justin Brayton, who is focusing on Webb’s racing mentality and overall training regimen, further bolstered by the comprehensive backing of the KTM Husqvarna Group. Webb’s transition to Team Tedder is poised to enhance his competitive edge, promising an exciting 2027 season ahead.
