Cadillac Racing Reveals Updated GTP Liveries for 2026 IMSA Season
Richmond, VA – Cadillac Racing today unveiled its new liveries for the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, showcasing significant design updates for the Wayne Taylor Racing (WTR) entries.
The #31 Cadillac Whelen V-Series.R will maintain its iconic bright red livery from the previous season. In contrast, WTR’s #10 and #40 Cadillac vehicles have undergone substantial changes. The #10 car transitions from a chrome blue to a metallic dark blue, complemented by white accents, echoing the aesthetic seen at the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans. Meanwhile, the #40 shifts from chrome silver to a sleek black design, also featuring white highlights.
Wayne Taylor, co-owner and namesake of the team, expressed heightened enthusiasm for the upcoming season: “As excited as I was at the beginning of last season, I am more excited for this year. Our new designs look spectacular. The all-new bodywork and redesign by GM and Dallara is fantastic.”
For the 2026 season, WTR will keep its driver lineup intact, featuring Ricky Taylor, Filipe Albuquerque, Jordan Taylor, and Louis Deletraz. Notably, Colton Herta and Will Stevens will join the team for the endurance races. Taylor emphasized the team’s commitment to victory, stating, “Winning is part of Wayne Taylor Racing’s DNA and is our only focus in 2026.”
Additionally, WTR revealed a fresh livery for their #45 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 in the GTD category. This vehicle showcases a matching black and white theme, accentuated with red highlights.
