WRT Announces 2026 Pro Class Line-up for GT World Challenge Europe
Team WRT has confirmed its Pro class roster for the 2026 GT World Challenge Europe season, retaining successful pairing Kelvin van der Linde and Charles Weerts in the #32 BMW M4 GT3 Evo.
Following a triumphant 2025 campaign that saw the duo secure both the overall and Sprint Cup championships, they will be joined by 2025 24 Hours of Spa winner Jordan Pepper for Endurance Cup events. Pepper, a recent addition to the BMW M factory lineup, had already showcased his talent this year by clinching victory at the Dubai 24 Hours alongside van der Linde.
Pedigree matters: last season, Pepper finished as runner-up to the WRT duo in the Sprint Cup while driving for GRT – Grasser Racing Team. He replaces Ugo De Wilde in the #32 car for the endurance series.
In the 2025 season, van der Linde and Weerts won three races and narrowly missed the Endurance Cup drivers’ title by just nine points, contributing to WRT’s sixth team title for the season-long championship and tenth in the Sprint Cup.
Team WRT’s 2026 effort includes four BMW entries, with details on the #30 and #31 cars yet to be disclosed. The #46 M4 GT3 Evo will feature Valentino Rossi, Max Hesse, and Dan Harper.
The GT World Challenge Europe season kicks off at Circuit Paul Ricard on April 11-12, 2026.
